3. A new page will open with information about the scheme and the online application process. Click on the “Online Application Form” link.
4. The online application form will open in a new tab. Enter all the required information carefully and accurately.
5. Attach the required scanned documents.
6. Click on the “Submit” button.
7. You will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email ID.
8. Take a printout of the confirmation message for your records.
